Variable length stays, usually minimum 3 nights but with occasional availability of 2 night stays. Please use the airbnb booking calendar to check availability, price and to book via airbnb, or alternatively you can book directly with us via email or telephone.

This is a dog friendly cottage - we welcome dogs free of charge.

Please note check-in is from 4pm and checkout on departure by 10am - we ask guests to please abide by this as late check-outs will create problems.

When making an enquiry by e-mail please if possible include a telephone contact no. - all enquiries are answered whether or not I am able to take the booking.

Our Policies

Children

All ages welcome. Children under 1 year old not using a bed do not count towards occupancy but must be listed on the booking form. No cots/highchairs are provided, though there is ample space if you wish to bring your own.

Pets

We accept up to 3 dogs free of charge (further dogs and other pets by arrangement only). On no account should any dogs/pets be left unattended in the property. We can put you in contact with suitable daycare facilities if you require should you have a special event during your stay.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking.

Other Policies

For direct bookings, a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to be paid by BACS (details provided with booking request) on making a booking for the cottage. The balance is due 2 weeks before your stay, again paid by bank transfer.

For bookings through the AirBnB calendar, your payments are handled by AirBnB.

Cancellation and Insurance:- By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable, with the exception of covid restrictions being in force. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full if it is less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday when you notify us, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a 10% administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.

Non-availability of Accommodation - We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

The maximum occupancy of 7 will be strictly adhered to.

Electric cars must not be charged at the property.

All power, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent
